RacingXS - Deliveries & Returns

At RacingXS, we aim to carry ample stock of our best selling lines, which means you get the important parts you need quickly. We aim to dispatch at least 95% of orders within 24 hours. We also aim to provide accurate stock and shipping information on our website.

RacingXS makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following to ensure speedy resolution of any problem which may arise.

Deliveries

The normal delivery time are shown as part of the product description. If the delivery date is to be any longer than this time we will contact you via email and keep you up to date.

In the event that the goods do not arrive on time, please contact us. However we’d appreciate you allowing 2 or 3 days extra to cope with the vagaries of the postal service.

All orders will be shipped by the Royal Mail or other recognised carriers.

To help avoid fraud and keep costs down, RacingXS only delivers goods to the address of the credit card holder.

RacingXS is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of our staff.

Overseas Orders

We deal with overseas orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to find out how we can help you.

Returns

In the event that there is a problem with the goods, contact us You must inform us of the problem with the order within 7 days of receipt of the product.

You may file a return request on this site or contact us via email (cs@racingxs.co.uk) to request a return authorisation. Returns accepted if the bearings are in BRAND NEW condition in their original box.  Returns in any other condition will not be accepted as they cannot be resold as new. Unless supplied in error, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns to cover our admin costs and outbound & return postage costs will not be refunded.

Warranty

We honour manufacturer warranties. However, you may be asked to return faulty products directly to the manufacturer, possibly overseas, for their inspection, and we politely warn you that this can mean it becomes economically unviable to do so.  We also politely warn you that manufacturers will usually insist of proof of professional installation of parts and this means DIY work is not covered.
